We collect the following personal information during login:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • LinkedIn profile details (name, email, current positions, and listed skills)

Login can be completed either by:

  • Manually entering your full name and email address, or
  • Signing in via LinkedIn.

Additionally, we record audio and video during interview sessions using your device's camera and microphone.

2. How Your Data Is Used

  • Your full name and email are used only by the interviewing company to:
  • Contact you about your interview
  • Provide you with a post-interview report via email

  • If you log in using LinkedIn, we use the available profile data (positions and skills) exclusively for interview evaluation purposes.

  • Your video and audio recordings are made accessible only to the company conducting the interview. These recordings are used to assess your responses and are never shared with any third party.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data, LinkedIn information, or interview recordings with:

  • Any third-party organizations
  • Any individual or entity not involved in your interview

All collected data is strictly restricted to the interviewing company for the sole purpose of evaluation and communication regarding your application.

4. Data Security

We take data security seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

5. Legal Basis and Explicit Consent

Under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a), I give my explicit consent for the processing of my biometric data (face image, voice sample, etc.) contained in video and audio recordings solely for recruitment evaluation purposes.

You can withdraw your consent anytime via our support page. Past processing remains lawful.

6. Automated Processing and Profiling

Video recordings may be processed by automated methods such as gaze direction detection and facial expression analysis. This processing serves recruitment-related evaluation only; all outcomes are subject to human review and no automated binding decision is made.

7. Data Retention Period

Data are securely deleted after the stated period. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object. To exercise these rights, please visit our support page.

9. Data Transfers and Processors

We may use OpenAI (USA) for video analysis and audio transcription. Transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). OpenAI processes the data solely on our behalf and never for marketing or other purposes.
