1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Talent Mirror platform operated by Bilus Teknoloji A.Ş. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The Talent Mirror web application and related services.
• User: Anyone accessing or using the platform.
• Candidate: A person taking part in an interview via the platform.
• Company: A subscribing organization using the platform for recruitment purposes.
• Services: The AI-powered interview and assessment functionalities provided.

3. Eligibility

Use of the platform is limited to companies with valid subscription agreements and candidates who are invited to interviews. Users must be at least 18 years of age.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information.
• Use the platform only for its intended recruitment purposes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

5. Interview Recording & Data Usage

Talent Mirror captures and processes video and audio recordings during interviews for evaluation purposes. These recordings are analyzed by AI tools for assessment of the candidate’s answers.

Recordings and related data are accessible only by the authorized hiring company and will not be shared with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, logos, and content on the platform are the intellectual property of Bilus Teknoloji A.Ş or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

7. Subscription & Fees

Talent Mirror is available exclusively to companies under custom subscription agreements. All candidates use the platform free of charge. No payment is required from individual candidates.

8. Candidate Consent

During login, candidates are required to explicitly consent to:

• Use of their name and email address for delivering interview results.
• Assurance that their data will not be used for marketing or unrelated communication.
• Capture and processing of video/audio for evaluation, including facial expression and gaze direction analysis.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting support.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms. Users may also request account deletion by contacting support.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bilus Teknoloji A.Ş. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform, including data loss or inaccurate evaluations.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
